What services does Schedule Butler offer?

We offer live call answering services and daily/weekly scheduling services.  We can also help with accepting payments, billing, receptionist services, and will communicate with your customers both before and after the job is done to ensure you are receiving reviews and referral business.

Schedule Butler's corporate headquarters is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

What areas is Schedule Butler currently available?

We are available throughout the greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area and surrounding region.

This includes all of Hamilton County as well as surrounding counties Bradley County, Bledsoe County, Marion County, Meigs County, Rhea County, and Sequatchie County in Tennessee.  This also includes Catoosa County, Dade County, Walker County, and Whitfield County Georgia as well as Jackson County, Alabama.

What are Schedule Butler's hours of operation?

 

We are available for requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.  Our team is available to answer requests Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Will my "Butler" change each day/week?

 

No.  It is our goal to ensure consistency for both you and your clients.  There are times where we will  allow you greater access to the Butler team, however the goal remains to provide dedicated one-on-one services with a single butler who learns all facets of your operations.


How does Schedule Butler get my calls?

Upon signing up for Schedule Butler, you will receive a dedicated local phone number based on your area code.  You can choose to use this as your business line, although most of our customers have an existing phone number already.  If this is the case, all you need to do is simply forward your existing number each morning when you start your day.  When calls are received on your line, our system will prompt your Business Name and your Butler will know to answer the call as your company.


How do I know how many calls my Butler has answered?

Since all calls are being answered/forwarded through our system, we will be able to track your call volume and provide detailed reporting at the end of each day.  You will receive daily and weekly updates sharing how many calls were received as well as how many appointments were set or rescheduled. 


Does Schedule Butler offer after hours and weekend call answering?

It is your choice whether you want your calls to remain forwarded after hours or on the weekends.    From 5:00pm to 8:00am the next morning, your calls can remain forwarded to our voicemail system where your Butler will have set up a personalized voicemail greeting for you.


Are there any long term contracts?

No, nor do we have hidden fees.  You can cancel at any time but we hope you'll like the service so much that you won't want to!

Once I sign up, how does the onboarding work?

After you've completed your service agreement and registration, we'll begin onboarding right away.  We will schedule a call to begin working through your ideal schedule worksheet, customer interview questions, e-mail communications preferences, call settings and any other items you require prior to your first day of service.
